A campaign is built around filters that match your target audience. For example, you could target landowners in a specific county who own 50+ acre properties, have an estimated property value above $1,000,000, and maintain an in-state mailing address.

Do you handle the design?

How long does the process take?
Design, proofing, and printing are typically completed within a few business days. Delivery generally takes 7–10 business days with Standard Mail or 3–5 business days with First-Class Mail.
Can I promote off-market or coming soon properties?
Yes. Campaigns can be used for public listings, private offerings, off-market opportunities, or coming soon properties.
Do you work with For Sale By Owners?
Yes. LandPost works with both real estate professionals and individual landowners. If you are selling property on your own, we can help you reach qualified buyers through targeted direct mail campaigns.
Can LandPost campaigns be used for businesses outside of real estate?
Yes. While LandPost is primarily built for land brokerages, agents, and auction marketing, we also offer custom campaigns for land industry-related businesses seeking targeted landowner exposure. How does pricing work?
Campaign pricing starts at $1.79 per mailer. Final pricing will vary slightly based on campaign size and postage type, with larger quantity campaigns generally lowering the per-mailer cost. Recurring campaigns using the same targeting and design can reduce pricing to as low as $1.59 per mailer.
Can I choose a specific number of mailers based on my budget?
Yes. If your targeting filters return more properties than your budget allows, we can scale the campaign accordingly. For example, if your criteria match 1,000 properties but your budget supports 500 mailers, we can tailor the campaign to fit your goals and budget.
What is the minimum campaign size?
The minimum campaign size is 150 mailers. This allows enough reach to create meaningful exposure for your campaign while helping justify the time and resources involved in list creation, mailer design, and production.
Are there any hidden fees or recurring charges?
No. LandPost campaigns are simple and transparent. Every campaign is a one-time payment with no hidden fees or recurring charges.
